    As a solo head spa technician, I am only able to provide one service at a time to ensure each client receives my full attention and the highest quality of care.

  • What happens if I arrive late to my appointment?

    To ensure a seamless experience for all guests, appointments begin promptly at the scheduled time. A 10-minute grace period is offered for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, your session will be canceled.

    Yes, head spa treatments are generally safe for colored or chemically treated hair. I use professional grade products and gentle techniques designed to support scalp health while helping maintain the integrity of your hair.

  • Can I get a head spa treatment with hair extensions?

    Hair extensions and head spa treatments don’t always get along. To protect your extensions and give your scalp the treatment it deserves, we recommend enjoying our head spa when you’re not currently wearing extensions. Let’s avoid a royal tangle!
